Meet Our President:
Lee E. Cory
With over three decades of senior-level management experience, Lee E. Cory has shaped Paradigm Senior Living to the success it is today. His executive roles with nationally recognized owners, developers, and operators of senior living communities have equipped him with invaluable insights and expertise.
Since 1983, Lee has devoted his career to enhancing senior housing programs such as continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), congregate care and assisted living communities, and Alzheimer’s care communities throughout the western United States.
Educational Background and Industry Contributions
Lee is a proud alumnus of Michigan State University, where he earned a BS degree in 1979. He then spent several years honing his skills in hotel and restaurant management before transitioning into the senior living industry.
A respected voice in the industry, Lee frequently shares his knowledge on operations, marketing, and staff development at national and regional forums such as the National Association for Senior Living Industries (NASLI), Argentum/Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA), and the American Seniors Housing Association.
He authored the Operations chapter of the Assisted Living Manual published by ALFA, and he is a contributing author of Housing For Seniors: Developing Successful Projects, a publication of the Urban Land Institute. His insightful articles have appeared in the Journal of Property Management, Assisted Living Today, Contemporary Long-Term Care, and Retirement Community Business.
